Go WEST Young Man
Taking John Soule's 1851 advice as popularized by Horace Greeley to heart - WEST came to Halifax from Newfoundland this spring and left behind a piece at the Water Street lot, and some tags around the downtown core. Now a couple of months later, they are almost all gone.

The colours in the top shot are very African. U can almost see the monkey's tail before the sunset. Lovely shot and great graffiti.
that peice is trash and west should never of painted at the pit. the pit is the biggest peice of halifax graffiti history and is taken for granted too much.....
if your not a vet or cant paint clean stay the fuck out of the pit.
Spending too much time taking shots of Graffiti for my own good (but learning lots about blogging, photography, Flickr, YahooMaps. GoogleEarth, HTML, and even a little about Graffiti) - in and around Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada
