My kids and I walked the length of the railcut that runs through the Halifax peninsula last weekend. Needless to say, there is alot of graffiti along the length, especially on the underpasses (the rail cut is a popular spot for kids to hang around - as was in evidence even at 1 pm on a Saturday). This piece adorns the Coburg Road underpass near the Waegwoltic Club - it's clearly marked as a Crew name - but what does it say?
I need lots of help with this one - Opinions? Let me know what you think in the comments.

Graffiti problems anger Sloane, Mosher
The condition of the downtown and other streetscapes was a common theme at council Wednesday.
While Coun. Dawn Sloane (Halifax Downtown) was critical of the cleanup of graffiti and garbage in the downtown area, Coun. Linda Mosher (Purcells Cove-Armdale) took issue with the graffiti in and around her district.
"The kids are tagging the funeral home again," she said of the J. Albert Walker Funeral Home on Herring Cove Road.
"There used to be an unwritten code that they wouldn’t spray funeral homes."
She said things are looking bad in central Halifax too.
Ms. Sloane says Halifax should be on alert for the beginning of the tourism season later this month.
"The first cruise ship arrives April 14.
"And I’m just really upset that we have a downtown business commission to service this . . . but what are they doing with the money?"
Ms. Mosher says that there should be standards for the business commission to achieve in cleaning the graffiti and the streets.
"You go to New York and it looks cleaner than Halifax."
Deputy chief administrative officer Wayne Anstey had an idea.
"I suggest storeowners could sweep in front of their store," he said.
"It would take five minutes."
I completely agree - although on the cleanup side it seems to me that the 'publicly owned' ie government buildings are much slower to clean up graffiti than are most private businesses - maybe this will be fodder for a reexamination of some old building tags, and see what, if anything, has transpired
I cant seem to read it clearly. We have a certain place here for people to do graffiti on walls. At least they dont need to vandalise a restricted area
I have it on very good authority that it says 'ADICT' which is the name of a crew that does graffiti around Halifax (The letters have the brown highlights, if that helps)
